Became the youngest government contractor in Region 3 under the Department of Public Works and Highways with awarded school projects worth approximately Php 30,000,000.

Became a Category “B” License Holder under the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board.

Awarded a “Certificate of Recognition” by the DepEd Region 3 - Central Luzon Schools Division in the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan for its exemplary involvement, praiseworthy performance and dedication and passion in education.

Started the company’s Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015.

NOVEMBER 2018

Commissioned to construct the tallest school building in the Tarlac National High School Compound.

Completed its first site development of hospital project, Tarlac Doctor’s Medical Center, Inc. located at Tarlac City.

Completed its first bridge retrofitting project located at Brgy. Sula under the National Irrigation Administration

SEPTEMBER 2021

Completed its first commercial building project, 1st Megasaver Paniqui Prime located at Paniqui, Tarlac.

NOVEMBER 2021

Completed its first farm to market road project located at Brgy. Santiago, Gerona under the Municipality of Gerona.

FEBRUARY 2022

Transferred its operations fully to LamAsia Compound. Inaugurated its first motor pool building, maintenance bay area and gas station.

Became a Category “AAA” License Holder under the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board.

Conducted the groundbreaking ceremony for Our Lady of Peace Tarlac College Seminary Phase I Project.

Completed the GT Hub Project located at Maliwalo, Tarlac City. It is the first agri-teknika industrial park in the Philippines and the biggest in South East Asia.
